I am wondering if it could be said a word is off topic or inherently insulting if we just made one up.
Maybe it would be safer to just take a swing at a new word with no inherent meaning to which anyone could take offense?

Like “That’s pure wangdoodlepuckey!l

Or that that is a “huge stinking pile of schvinkterjazz!”
