why would an NDA be necessary



... what the agreement between HLS and PFE says. And the 800 lb. gorilla would probably get its way if HLS saw PFE's marketing assistance as being beneficial to HLS. I find it interesting that PFE did not issue a press release on this agreement.

And PFE is about to put another billion it its kitty.
