sleven, It's very puzzling. The person quoted in the PR yesterday is no slouch, James Sage. Honestly, if amarin didn't have the overhanging legal issues I believe they would have approached amarin directly instead they settled for second best by inking a deal with HLS. Who knows, here's a thought, maybe PFE did approach amarin with a proposal but they offered HLS as an option. FYI, PFE is doing a huge bond deal probably to finance future growth from the vaccine and possible acquisitions. wink
