The fact that lenders put this conditionality in suggests they want to see the goods after this tranche. We have not seen this before so kind of suggest lenders are getting impatient and will only go so far and probably sophisticated enough to know the end is near. The 12% discount on shares and option of or conversion of loan to shares shows high confidence in outcome.
