Credibility swirling around the bottom of the bowl, IMO.

I know it's not malicious, but expectation management 101 (goal posts). For example, last weeks tweet better said, "We are on target to re-submit the DrivelineELD for ELD cert. inside of 2 weeks"

Then if all 1 million engineering things go right (probability of 0.1%), and it's ready early, you let everyone know when you are 100% sure you are ready. Then the market trusts you and SP is stable to positive trending.
