I have not read the 10q. Figured it would be boiler plate.

Yeah, that's what we've all come to expect. It always cracks me up to see how they continue to keep those weighted shares under the authorized 1.2 billion. I wonder what the real number is?

It's also funny to see some of the newer posters here slowly coming around to the dark realization that no, we may not ever see TLD from this Phase 3 trial. This is their first cycle of failed promises from the liars who run NWBO. Some of us have been around long enough to have been through multiple cycles of their lies and BS.

The other thing you would have noticed had you wasted a small part of your life reading that useless 10-Q is that they went on and on about how COVID is the reason for all their failings. Yes, according to NWBO, COVID is the reason that after 16+ years they still are unable to report even top line data from this trial. The language in the 10-Q is so utterly pathetic it almost made me want to vomit. It's that disgusting. Real CEOs get things done. They don't make excuses. Real CEOs don't put this kind of pathetic mealy-mouthed weak sauce out in front of the public.

It's odd how other companies don't seem to be having the same COVID-related delays in reporting their data. Many other biotechs seemed to have worked through the issues in order to timely report their results. Perhaps the CEO of NWBO should consider hiring the investigators that Cel-Sci used? I think they are available since they wrapped up that trial several weeks ago. Or they could use the crews from any of the other numerous companies that have reported results in the last few months.

It's all a bad joke. The truth is that there are no COVID delays, or at least none of any consequence that would result in a year-long (at least) delay from data lock to TLD. The people running this company are lying. They continue to lie to their shareholders about what is going on. It's all a smokescreen to cover for a failed trial that they don't know how to report. They are afraid. They are scared of what is going to happen when they are forced to tell the truth. They know that they are circling the drain, and the cash cow that has funded their very comfortable lifestyles for the last decade or more is about to come to a permanent end. They know that the lawsuits are going to be flying real soon, and I think what they have really been doing this whole time is building up their legal defense. Because that's what they are - lawyers. They are not CEOs, or biotech experts. They are not even businesspeople in any sense. They are lawyers, and getting into lawsuits and getting out of lawsuits is all they know how to do. They know nothing about getting a cancer vaccine through trial to approval, and that should be obvious to everyone by now.

Everybody knows that if the data had been good they would have released it a long, long time ago. Why are they refusing to release the data? Does anyone care? Or are the excuses just going to continue forever and ever, cycle of failure after cycle of failure?
