i don`t assume anything....experience!!!......last rest i did was chinese....tried to talk the owner to let me G C for him......finished our elect and pulled out.......3 months late on his "grand opening"...get a call that he`s all set for finish.....i liked the guy but had to give him bad news......my guys ran pipe up the side of the building to the motor for the hood exhaust......SURPRISE 3 phase motor....and no 3 phase within miles!!

found him a 7.5 hp rotary phase converter....and that didn`t show for 3 weeks.....following week we were ready for final insp`s

more than 4 months beyond the "GRAND OPENING" date on his banner

owner /operators should not pinch pennies, by putting on the G C hat

in over 40 years of doing this s*** i`ve never seen an owner / operator do a successful buildout of ANY BUSINESS

will take some time, and lots of mistakes, but i believe he`ll get it done............gla
