being in this business, what i see are the tools and progress of a single person / handy man.........perhaps the hood and other kitchen equipment delivery date has been pushed back.....in that event it would be wise to cruise along at a steady pace if they had a ton of time till the fabricated equipt shows up......no point in having 10 guys in there , that would finish the painting etc ....when the kitchen equipt is a month or 6 weeks away from arrival......and when they all show up , there is always touchup......some contractors are pigs, and care little about the floor or drywall......steady wins the race

i don`t see this GRAND OPENING around labor day......there will be a new date...proly closer to HALLOWEEN

they`ll get it done......if Gregg is wise he`ll grease someone on the board of health...sad to say, but thats pretty much how anything gets done around the boston area......signs look good!
