No vein I don’t think it will move higher on any info from today, today’s report consolidated everything we knew already the new things were as mentioned before an update on finances and in that we saw a doubling of our cash on hands that is expected to last till November 2022. We also know that LPC has been fully tapped. If you follow the clues with LPC fully tapped and NOT renewed and only access to cash as of today that is readily available is the shelf registration this tells me two things in an either / or / and scenario and that is the company believes that they will be using the shelf in one of two ways either as part of deals and/or to sell at market price without being at LPC mercy to manipulate price which means they will sell when they want as opposed to when LPC controlled the price they used to drop price at time the company needed to tap the most and then raise it soon after to make their pennies. So either way getting of LPC is definitely a good sign, it’s a sign of strength.
Again as far as price is concerned I don’t think today’s news will change price, if anything you may see a drop with shorts trying to play the 10 Q as bad news when in reality it should never have been anticipated to find any shattering news in it. The real news we are waiting for will be sudden and before market open and will catch everyone by surprise. Having said all the above the tone is still bullish and sentences like “expect revenue stream” are being used more and more. I think now I know why dr Lebby said he expected small orders to come in first followed by bigger and bigger ones because initial revenue source was clarified more in 10 Q today. Finally we do have smart people at the helm who are going g to shove polymers into peoples faces and their multi prong plan for marketing tells you that they are catering to all customers out there. Not all tier 1 want to use our Goo the same way some want licensing others want partnerships and Lightwave is also planning on going all the way and selling their own devices. Revenue is coming from multiple sources but might need time for traction.
Hold the line I say, hold the line.
