mike, yeah that is about the only positive on that increase. they could try to offload them in a month which I would hope would go horrible. If they do not file and get current there will be no market left to offload those shares so getting current is the only option. in my view anyway.

As to what the purpose was of that, hopefully we get a filing and PR and actually communication drop soon then we can at least be able to make an informed decision....
