The only thing I know of is the additional 30b shares. Which, I have to admit, threw me for a loop. I have no idea what their plans could be for that 30b, but if they expect to be delisted in sept., it wouldn’t make sense for them to bother with additional shares.

I still don’t trust Ballas at all, but this is the first sign I have seen that they may actually plan on getting current.
