I don't understand this Point 3, as in one of ENZC's recent PR's, the name of Partnership to finish ENZC's ITV-1 Phase 3 Clinical Testing was given, as well as the names of the manufacter and distributor for ENZC's products to follow afterward. I do NOT recall any mention of this Dimitrov in that PR, insofar as any of these things mentioned in this Point.

Also, I do not understand Point 4, as to WHY just now it's decided that BioClonetics Audit has to be done due to the "Reverse Merger". What is this all about suddenly?

Points 1 & 2 are good, showing there is no dilution of Shares. But haven't we known that already? SO WHAT do these last 2 Points matter or of what concrete substance do they offer or hope to help Enzyolytics with?
