Is the audit they're talking about the same as the Malone Bailey audit on page 11 from the paragraph that says "still in process awaiting confirmation to be received from Debtors"? Could expanding the scope to include the 2019 and 2020 BioClonetic financial statements be part of why it's taking so long? Or is that a different audit/an event that's behind us already?
