i`m sure greg is tryng his best ....but ,as the saying goes .."a man who treats himself , has a fool for a doctor".....i did this s*** for 40 years....you get stuff done by establishing relationships with building inspectors.....meet inspectors for lunch...pick up the tab....discuss the project......they have plenty of start-up capital............some should have been spent on a local G C .....more than likely , they would be OPEN FOR BUSINESS now!!..

good luck to greg....but the system is not set up to deal with anyone other than tradesman.......the constant bid-whacking is a sign of no-confidence...........he needs to drop a P R that he has hired a local contractor to SPEED-UP THE RETRO.....GLA
