I have looked at a hundred tickers on the OTC. I have never found another ticker, not one that has been updated like SBES is and a float like ours. What’s up with this? There’s obviously a reason for it. Many have told the OTC about the float issue including me and it doesn’t change. Why won’t they comment? They just changed the OS and the float stays the same. No way it can be that low, but maybe it’s a rough guess because they don’t know exactly, but they do know that insiders hold most of the OS?

I believe it is Panshi….
