"must now source mills outside of Vietnam. The Company is now coordinating the export of its finished recombinant spider silk. This effort is being coordinated with PL Kings to identify alternative mills within the ASEAN region capable of producing these fabrics."

they need the silk reeled...they trying to find a way...but travel within Vietnam is so restricted that they couldnt get a small package of eggs from Hanoi to prodigy without the eggs dying...

how they gonna get a ton of silk out?...

"the Company has not been required to close its Prodigy Textiles facility, but with lockdowns increasing in several cities, the Company is preparing for every potentiality."

but they cant get key personnel to work either...nor the needed equipment...
no they havent been forced to close their doors but they sure sound like they are pretty much shut down anyway...

"The R&D team in the US is now working to ensure the genetic inserts are in a stable homozygous configuration."

been hearing those same words for about 10 years now...

"the next generation of yarns and fabrics produced by Prodigy Textiles will be built on the performance of these nearly pure spider silk trangenics."

yea...ms, big red, ds, etc etc...i dont much care about what is PLANNED for some future point in time...im want to know what is going on NOW...

"We’ve been pressing hard on multiple facets of our spider silk fiber production program"

well it hasnt been hard enough...press HARDER...

"in order to achieve the uplisting and to bring value to our shareholders."

and forget about the gdamn up listing...

"We have also been working to create a set of contingency plans and workarounds for the constantly evolving COVID-19 restriction in Vietnam and around the world."

thats nice...
