I think Hikma's CEO is correct in targeting 100% of the TAM that the generic label covers. How many patients have trigs over 500 in the US? They should target the total market and not concern themselves with other manufacturers. I think this number is a multiple of the current 15K already attained. As far as a percentage of total weekly scripts they take, that number means little. The GSK/TEVA case provides the generics with a guide on navigating the legal waters.
