They have attempted in the past but never lucked out. There is a reason. That type of money only goes to vetted companies that pass various stringent requirements. Koos' OTC scam never passed the smell test and for a good reason. Koos has no idea how to run a company as evidence of the other 2 failed biotechs - Biomatrix and Entest -- he ran into the ground as he has done with Regen.
