Musk on hydrogen ‘fool cells’ ‘mind-bogglingly stupid including Fuel Cell technology.

Tesla co-founder and CEO Elon Musk has dismissed hydrogen fuel cells as “mind-bogglingly stupid,” and that is not the only negative thing he has had to say about the technology. He has called them “fool cells,” a “load of rubbish,” and told Tesla shareholders at an annual meeting years ago that “success is simply not possible.”

Please note all of Tesla super chargers in Quebec will be powered by Tesla Solar. It is also interesting to note all non Tesla chargers will also use Tesla Energy solutions not limited to just charging stations but also the electrical grid.

The irony is what Fuel Cell Technology provides is not even a hydrogen based solution:

It designs, manufactures, operates and services Direct Fuel Cell power plants (a type of molten carbonate fuel cell) that run on natural gas and biogas. Their power plants are not considered "hydrogen fuel cells" because their feedstock is not pure hydrogen and the byproducts of electric generation include carbon dioxide.

FCEL is antiquated technology and will be bankrupt with in a few years!
