It's real it works for me. So, 58,000,000 shares when you add in the employees option plan. You can't get any good talent without giving incentives. They have to think this company is worth at least $500M or why bother. Plus, add the warrants (.40 cents x 12,500,000 shares) which would add another $5 million in working capital without broker fees.

So, I see 70,500,000 shares issued $9M in working capital and a market value of at least $500M placing the stock at $7.00 a share or 20x present value!
