The SEC deadline for delinquent companies is September 28th. The deadline you are referring to was set by TD Ameritrade and since rescinded and pushed off until around the end of the month. Plus, we have no idea if CBBT struck a deal with the SEC in light of them being in the middle of an acquisition (theoretically).

Also, CBBT has already been restricted to sell only on my broker (TD Ameritrade) for months now, ever since they were suspended and relisted on the Expert market.

Try to keep up.
