100% INCORRECT: Fully diluted is now more than 100 million shares because of the outstanding share increase authorization and the blank-check preferred shares at Dr. Missling's disposal.

“Fully diluted” shares are the total common shares of a company counting not only shares that are currently issued or outstanding but also shares that could be claimed through the conversion of convertible preferred stock or through the exercise of outstanding options and warrants.

Shares that are authorized but not issued, outstanding or claimable by conversion are NOT part of the fully diluted share count.

So the 75 million number is probably the right one, not 100 million, which is WAY off.
