Which patent? The ones he abandoned the patent application or let expire for non-payment?

Or the patents for odor sniffing, that rights were purchased form Cal Tech? (Cal Tech owns those patents)

Or TRD's & BCI Advisor's patents for the technology in the scamalyzer, that TRD owns, and SCAMydx purchased rights for?

I agree, Yazbeck used the term patent as a great scamvertisement to sell stock. Once he got his money, he's just let them die, as there purpose is complete.
