It's not a class action. There are only two parties: Shover and SHMP. If
Shover is willing to settle for pennies on the dollar, the same bum deal must be offered to the other shareholders. But they'd be fools to take it. And I don't think they will. After all, they are under NO OBLIGATION to convert. They can keep their Series A shares. Says so write in the paragraph I quoted.
