So after backing out the shares sold directly to Deep Track Capital, the average monthly amount of dilution was under 1M shares. Which means the current share count is probably somewhere around 76.5M or so. Maybe we hit the 100M share count (on a fully diluted basis) during the same month we get the ALZ trial topline data in 2H 2022...

Bourbon, o/s shares @ 6/30 is 75.15 M; 3/31 was 70.03 M. Increase is 5 M+.
