So you understand, I don't have a personal agenda.

The Series A is a colossal mess.

However, this company is not a share selling scam. In order to conclude that, one would have to conclude they have no intention to grow shrimp and the goal is to sell shares and enrich.

I have zero.zero doubt that Tom, Bill and Gerald all want to develop a system to grow shrimp. That is the main goal. Have they made progress? Yes. Is EC the answer. Maybe but too early to tell.

Are they at the finish line? Absolutely no.
Are they bleeding money? Absolutely.
Is the Series A a mess? Absolutely.
Is the system ready for commercial success? I don't believe so.
Do they have a firm grasp on their price per lb.? Absolutely no.
Do they have distribution worked out? No, in fact this may be their biggest weakness,

However, it's not a share selling scam.
