While I do believe HGEN has a high likelihood of someday being acquired by a larger company, I personally don't suspect the data room mentioned by management in the past was in regards to a developing buyout or merger.

Data rooms are commonly used when compiling clinical trial data as well. The mention by management of a data room being set up directly corresponds to the timeline when the P3 trial was nearing completion.
