I first came across Black Rock in regards to Relief Therapeutics (RLFTF). I had not previously owned shares in a company in which a SPAC had taken an interest.

I don't know what, if any, bearing this may have on the reason that we have a data room, and we have an increased interest being shown by a SPAC, who in part, helps unlisted companies merge with a listed company.
