Serious question: are we seeing dilution?

There are plenty of signs right now that dilution is going through, and the company did not update the O/S last week like they were doing religiously each week.

I'd like to believe the nasty trading we've seen the past few trading days is more manipulation from the MM's (there are also plenty of signs suggesting this is the case).

But the constant bid dumping and AEXG/OTCX staying camped out on the ask is starting to look like dilution.

If this isn't dilution, it's some of the nastiest algo short sell trading by these crooked MM's we've seen in this stock to date. Perhaps they're turning up the algos to make it look like dilution?

Why is the company staying completely silent while we have to just sit around and watch this EASILY get destroyed by the MM's day after day?
