Call this what ever you want, but I know what dilution looks like...lol....there has been none, and the company made a statement on record on OTC Markets that there has been no dilution and will be no dilution in the near future. They can't even have a R/S until SP stays above .01 for several months, so all of the doom & gloom talk is ridiculous concerning this particular stock.
They are as transparent as it gets in any good OTC stock. I have seen the worst to the best.
