Who’s “Larry Buffington”? It sounds like a made up name. I like Harry Shmuffington better, I think. That document looks fake.

Always double-check internet “sources” aka “sorcerers” looking to “spin” a tale. I’ll never forget an infamous (I’ll keep the defendant’s name confidential) trial where his attorney said, “The prosecution is looking to spin you a tail!” as he spun his finger at the AUSA’s head like he was crazy. The whole courtroom laughed and the AUSA was thoroughly humiliated. Even the Judge smirked. And yes, I was in the courtroom. It was a classic scene!

Anywho, yeah, so I still wonder if that 11 year old document was all “PDF-altered.” I have never heard of a “Garry Puffington” as CEO of Liquidmetal.
