We're waiting on the SEC commissioners to finalize the initial decision the Judge already dismissed proceeding SEC commissioners have to finalize it now.

$DBMM is current in filings for 3 + years now we have done everything the courts have asked us to do. We will be reinstated
back to pink all depends on SEC commissioners timing from previous years looks like January cases have been revisited in late fall I'm thinking November.

The company speaks to us during the filings they put out $DBMM is also disappointed in the SEC they want to be back to NORMAL trading. So much time has been wasted. What is there to say we can see the filings are on time honestly best to stay under the radar and keep quite.
