He has laid out the process. FINRA has to publish the dividend. This means he has an out should they refuse, deny or reject the dividend.

If they post it as accepted, and that is the biggest if in mankind, then PRPM (aka Eddie) will issue a PR outlaying how the dividend and tokens will be distributed.

If I were a betting man, and playing the subpennies is like gambling, I would say we will NEVER see these dividends.
