A news release and Weekly Newsletter out today. In the video link from the newsletter, Setti mentioned the Recon material should have a news release within days to a week. Considering it's already been 2 weeks, I would imagine we see it any day now.

A couple directors added to it's board. It now has 4 independent directors "as required by leading stock exchanges". Ie: the NASDAQ.
