I wouldn't be surprised if they start paying a dividend by the end of the year, or in 2022 at the latest. I know they said there are no plans, and they want to buy back additional shares and want to grow their portfolio to $1 trillion, but IMO they have enough cash and this would really be an additional booster for the PPS. What do you think?

Will probably in time pay off handsomely as well like 100$ plus per share imho in time
