With this way too low P/E ratio it is a NO-BRAINER...

Have said for years, there are only two ways to get shares
1. Steal them by tanking the price via shorting and manipulation
2. PAY A FAIR price
As liquidity and available shares decrease the price SHOULD BE GOING UP!!!! IS it???
Shares appear to me as I have as well suggested, BOUGHT and LOCKED away in a vault to never see the light of day again........
