RGBP is one of the securities impacted by SEC Rule 15c2-11 which will restrict certain OTC securities at the end of September. TD Ameritrade will no longer be setting these securities to closing only after market close on 8/13. A decision on a specific date will be made towards the end of August/early September. Exact timing currently is to be determined.
