If you hold that many shares then contact the company lawyer, prove your holdings, then demand that the CEO have a sit down and explain the state of the company
... the CEO works for you.

Actually, if you hold enough shares you could have a coup.. and take over the company (been there, watched it happen))

Do your research, take your position, turn off the noise.
