I wouldn't make too much out of it Craig. Personally, I think it's best explained by understanding that Coalinga is one of the few grower friendly cities in California. It is centrally located in the state, and like most cities who have permitted cannabis cultivation, they have relegated those growers to specific portions of the city. For instance, they would never permit a grow facility to go up right next to a school. So..........that specific area of Coalinga is the area where the city permits grow facilities. I doubt there is more to it than that.

Also, I see it as Johnny-Come-Lately's who will spend millions on grow facilities that Next Green Wave will buy one day for pennies on the dollar, and they did all the work for us.
