Chemdiv / Regen lawsuit is a non-issue

IMO It is simply a lawsuit derived from nonpayment. The lawsuit was initiated due to a lack of investment funds for Regen. YOU DO REALIZE ALL BIOPHARMAS RELY (constantly beg) FOR FUNDING RIGHT? If you look into most any mid to small size biopharma they are operating in the RED. PLEASE LOOK AT 10Qs or Ks FOR BIOPHARMAS BEFORE MAKING ANY ASSESSMENTS. IMO Chemdiv filed the suit as a means to provoke some type of payment but by the time the legalities (paperwork) were completely filed and ADDRESSED, COVID hit in 2020 and NO ONE was either getting work done or even being paid on time. HAVE YOU NOT BEEN GIVEN A STIMULUS YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU HAD ZERO MONEY COMING IN? Chemdiv would have settled for a moderate payment structure were they not in the same boat. You gotta remember... THEY WERE NOT WORKING EITHER IN 2020. So they were forced to pursue the lawsuit because they too needed money. Not to mention 1.2M is NOTHING in the world of corporate lawsuits. NOTHING. So stop trying to make it more than it is actually.
