It is not conclusive, but the security certificate for the page indicating that they are no longer recruiting was validated May 20, 2021. That is unlikely to have been an automated 90 day renewal date because that would mean page was created at end of February. And renewals can be done manually whenever one likes. They could have encrypted on that May 20th date but not went live I suppose, but it appears someone was thinking about recruitment end on that date. The security certificate for the other pages of that site appear to have lapsed.
