Great point, you are absolutely correct. Company can’t buy back shares at the ask.

Next point I need to research is :
Does the company or “New Partner” have to disclose info after they have acquired a position greater that 5%?

I totally concur with your thought here.

If I were CC would it be in MY best interest owning inxs of 233 mil shares , as well as my loyal Long Term share holders to offer the New Partner a set period to accumulate. Or just expand the chit out of the current O/S and dilute my value as well the loyal share holders value .

Ahh ,, not a hard choice. CC and company have skin in the game just like we do ..

Patience will Pay !! I’m willing to wait !! You don’t turn a blind eye to this level of manipulation with out good reason.
