Possibly applying for PDD based on the Phase 2 Proof of Concept study that meet its primary objective but apparently not all elements of its endpoint?

I am no expert, but that sounds aggressive. It certainly shows the high significance Missling gives to the biomarker analysis, and it implies he is pushing for what is starting to look like a phased basket trial based on the MOA as explained by the mRNA biomarker.

For all of you concerned that Missling is too conservative because he won't take an interim look at the 2b/3 trial, just consider where he really wants to go and how he intends to get there. He can't afford tactical shortcuts that may endanger his strategic shortcut.
