Was this discussed yet? Going back to early July and the S-3 filing - I just noticed there was a "correspondence" listed in their SEC filings from July 7th which contained a request for "acceleration". Why would that be needed?

"....hereby requests acceleration of the effectiveness of its Registration Statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-257670), filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on July 2, 2021 to 4:00PM ET on July 9, 2021 or as soon thereafter as practicable"
