Anatomy of a penny scam gone sideways, then derailed.

Most penny scams erupt and disappear in a blur and flurry of activity--the stock symbol ignites then fades away--happens over the course of days or weeks-- the main principles get in and out with ease--they are good at this. pump and dump 101--get in early get in hard and get out even earlier.
some scams take a little longer to develop--the grift as it were needs time to jell--to replicate like a slow moving virus in a petri dish. shares are the currency of the scammers---there is always a confusing group of shares --common / uncommon/ preferred / AS / OS/ etc--designed to obfuscate and jumble the whole morass of dealings.

in soli's case--it was such a simple little deal--take over this tiny little weird telemed but not telemed with some stupid heart supplement--divvy up a bunch of made up shares--get some weird " friends and Family" thing going--it was perfect. so the made up shares start getting bought by the insiders and friends and family who already have a bunch of gifted shares---trying to move the stock price--and here comes a what do you know , how do you do--Smitter--he spies the machinations and lets the word out--before you know it the tiny trip zero stock is making a run--over a dollar. many many many pple made bank on this little gem--but what happened in a weird twist of fate--unlike most pump and dumps--the pumpers got greedy--they wanted more--more for them--more for their friends and families---they actually started to believe this was a real thing--a real telemed company-- geeez--what could go wrong?---RHUT ROOO---the pandemic--and what does the pandemic need?-- telemedicine--and what is the fake telemedicine company going to do?--well by golly its gonna jump on the ole pandemic bandwagon.

therein lies the rub, as they say--SOLI could not produce what it had promised--SOLI is not a real telemed company--crash boom burn-- delisted/ suspended// pps crashes--and the principles are no where to be found.

listen to me on this point---THEY MADE THEIR MONEY--they are not going to rick more liability--or even jailtime just because they left money on the table. They do not care that the shares they have left are worthless--they have already cashed out the rest.

THER WILL NEVER be any new financials for this fake company---EVER. those involved just want this to die---and how can you blame them--e
