Good questions....I am simply going by what was reported when people reached out a few months back. As I recall, any lawyer who initially reviewed the case advised that if allegations in the TRO were true... then what Billy did was illegal.

While there are non-disclosures for settlements....those are still subject to discovery and there is potential for lawyers to file to review those to ensure that nothing illegal happened. Seen it before.

That is why I support taking legal action. Without that, as you've said, we'd never know if we're getting a 'fair' amount or not.
