Never said we were getting dividends on that day.

The info on when the dividend date etc was supposed to be divulged on or before August 1. This should be ‘closed’ and announced.

“Currently, EDSM has approximately $4 million in revenue and is profitable. Closing is expected on or before August 1, 2021.”

You would think they would announce some thing this big if it happened.
