Who knows? Prior to this big contract, they have had so little revenue that cash vs. accrual accounting would not make much of a difference!

I am not concerned about revenue recognition policy for VDRM. What matters to me is are they going to collect a pile of cash from DUbai and what are they going to do with it.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
