In the scientific world, when majority of the observations do not support the hypothesis, does that confirm or deny the causal relationship?

In the world of scamming, folks promote products with uncofirmed results.

Glad we provide science isn’t a term SCAM uses for other than scamvertising gullibles out of money to by scam stock.
