You are flat out wrong. The buying company would be buying the patents. And if the patents are potentially worth tens, or even hundreds, of billions in revenue down the road, then yes, we could be bought out for $1 or more. A $1.50 buyout is only buying RGBP for about $7 billion. For a company that has a patent that could essentially make chemo and radiation therapies obsolete, that is super cheap. They only reason they are trading at 2.5 cents is because they are not current and they have no clinical trials in process. Current is coming soon, then they either sell their tech or make a plan to begin trials.
